What are the school fees?
Both our Moka and Beau Champ campuses follow the same fee structure. The 2026 school fees are available [here] and reflect our commitment to providing high-quality learning and support for every child.
What are the school timings?
At our Moka Campus, school timings take into account local traffic patterns and our close partnership with Le Bocage International Secondary School. Beau Champ will follow a similar schedule, with only slight differences:
● Morning Arrival: 07:45 – 08:15● Classroom Start Time: 08:15● Finishing Time: Monday to Thursday: 14:30; Friday: 12:30● Breaks:Snack break: 09:50 – 10:20
Lunch break: 12:20 – 13:00Is there school transportation?
The school does not directly organise transportation, but we understand how important safe and reliable travel is for our students. Parents usually coordinate directly with independent drivers to arrange pick-up and drop-off.
For information about bus routes, pick-up and drop-off points, or contact details of the school driver, please feel free to call our school office at 690 1791. We’re happy to provide guidance to help you make the best arrangements for your child.How can we visit the campus?
We would be delighted to welcome you and your family for a tour of our school! This is a wonderful opportunity to explore our learning programme, see our classrooms in action, and get a real sense of life at Clavis. Whenever possible, the Head of School or Campus Leader will personally guide your tour and answer any questions you may have.

Our students are loving the meals provided by Il Forno from Anahita! Thanks to this partnership, we can offer a wide variety of delicious, high-quality options that make lunchtime both enjoyable and nourishing. For details about the menu and ordering, please click here.
Is there a School Shop?
Our School Shop is located at the Moka campus and is run with care by our Parent Teachers Association (PTA). You can visit in person at the Moka campus or order online, with delivery conveniently arranged to the Beau Champ campus. Order forms are available on our school website, making it easy to shop from home.
Opening Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 08:15 – 14:15
Friday: 08:15 – 12:15
To ensure a smooth visit, we kindly ask that you make an appointment so the shop operator can assist you personally and avoid multiple customers at once. Don’t forget to bring your own bags!

Yes, transfers between our Beau Champ and Moka campuses are possible, and we strive to make the process smooth for families whenever we can. A few important points to keep in mind:Students requiring additional support may not be able to move to Beau Champ due to lack of Inclusion staffTransfers depend on space availability. If a place is not immediately available, your child can be added to a waiting list.All transfers are carefully considered by the Head of School to ensure the best experience for students at both campuses.We aim to support families while maintaining a positive and nurturing environment for all our students.

Clavis After-Hours: Explore, Create, Shine!
At Clavis, the learning adventure does not end with the school day. Our dedicated teachers and activity organisers guide students through a wide range of after-school activities designed to inspire curiosity, creativity, and confidence.
These programmes allow students to explore new interests, develop unique talents, and take on exciting challenges in a safe and supportive environment. Every activity encourages self-expression, problem-solving, and teamwork.
